Ang Konti ng Pera Sa Internet | Few Money on The Internet LOL!

It's nearly the end of the first quarter of this year and I can say that I only made little money online this part of the year with this blog. The PR of this blog increased to PR4, as expected after a few optimization and link building. Last year I nearly made it big time with this blog. I was making decent money off it and ready to rake in some more when content scrapers and other spam sites made me their favorite target. This site is now penalized by the search engines particularly, the Big G. The earnings went on a nose dive and hit the ground head first. I was devastated. But, it's okay since I know that time will heal the wounds of this ugly blog as long as I continue to work on it. I now have an idea what I've done wrong on this one. And that was over optimization. Yes, it just so happen that I over optimized this blog and with that it became prone not only to penalty but to those content thieves (scrapers) that syndicates over optimized pages. Webmasters must also consider the functionality of their site/blog. Must try to be user friendly and not just focus on optimizing for the search engines. So expect to see some changes (again) on this blog. Maybe I'll start it with putting some nice navigation links. =)

Yes, the ultra violence game third installment is here! God of War 3 III due for release on March 16, 2010 for PlayStation 3. More challenging and diverse boss battles. The combat in God of War 3 is not much different from its predecessors (part 1 and 2) but there are some control tweaks and new moves. There are four unlockable unique tools but they;re just the same in the aspect of basic moves. Now you can switch to another weapon in the push of a button. The defense is now more forgiving than the previous God of War games and its true that your every action is responsive and entertaining. Content Scraper Sites Kicked Me In The Face Really Hard

Content scrapers are sites that copies your content (including the grammatical and typographical errors) and pastes it in their website. Because of content scraper sites this ugly blog now sits in the very depths of the search engines' index. True that I gained massive link backs from those scrapers but on the other hand it got me lose ranks in the serps. *sigh* Experts say that overtime I will benefit from these content scrapers because of the backlinks that it gives. But as of now this blog suffers from it. Almost every new post I make is not being indexed anymore by search engines. With that, I lose traffic. Apparently, the content thieves really like what I post here that they syndicate all of its content thus having their content scraping frenzy on autopilot. Yeah, I want to sue all of them for stealing my content but I decided to just find another way to solve this issue. I want them to continue linking to me without outranking me. But I still don't know how on earth to do it. I need advice from others who know to remedy this problem. I must admit that this is the most annoying problem I have encountered in my blogging career that I think I cannot solve alone. I don't want to stop and shut down this blog. It's been a very important part of my free hosted blogging career ;) Thanks in advance blogosphere people!

Rotating Brownouts Sucks!

Rotating brownouts in the Philippines is pissing me off. Yes, I am mad because this evenly distributed power interruptions keep on hitting our area. Maybe it's because we are located at the edge of a city close to the boundary. We've experienced 4 or 5 power interruptions that lasted up to 2 hours each since last month and I don't know which of those are included in the rotating brownouts. What pisses me off is that it always happen when I am doing something important i.e. blogging, charging my battery emptied phone or playing Red Alert 3 (okay, this is not very important but man, I am about to finish a challenge!). I don't know how this rotating brownouts came about with the power companies. What I know is we need a better energy source. The ones that will not cause power interruptions. Or better yet we need a better government. The ones that will not cause us these kinds of sloppy service. If only all of the basic stuffs needed to run a country is owned by the people, maybe it would be a better place. Privatizations of power companies did a really good job on sucking our hard earned money out of our tiny pockets. Why not have a nuclear power plant in the Philippines? Risky? Dangerous? Maybe. But all of the powerful and successful countries have them. So why not we have one? It could save us a lot from this power interruptions. If this is not a good idea, the why does bigger countries have them? I think one factor that is preventing us from having a nuclear reactor is the international communities. The bigger nations sees having a nuclear plant means nuclear weapons. Lol! Am I talking conspiracies now? Anyways, I hope the rotating brownouts won't hit me on the face as I hit the 'publish' button right. about. now.

Taglish Mode

Okey, taglish mode tayo tutal hindi rin naman nai-index ng maayos ang mga bagong post ko dito eh kaya wala rin saysay ang magpost ng mga hi-jacked kiworrrds. Anak ng pating! Hindi na talaga bumalik sa pagkaka-index ang mga post ko dito ah.. Hehe. Mukhang hindi na love ng crawler ang mga bago kong post. I-share ko na lang din sa inyo ang mga naranasan ng blog na ito at ng spectacular na author nito sa mga nagdaang mga araw. Ang blog na ito ay nagpapatuloy na makaranas ng de-indexing sa serps mula ng pagpasok ng taong 2010. Hanggang sa mga oras na ito na tinitipa ko ang mga tiklado ng talapindutan ng mga letra ng kompyuter ko ay patuloy ang pagdausdos ng mga bago kong post pababa sa serps. Wala naman problema ung mga dati kong posts at nananatili silang sitting pretty sa serps. Hindi ko mawari kung anong nangyayari. Kaya minarapat ko na lang na magbakasyon ng ilang araw at nagbaka sakali na paghihilumin ng panahon ang sugat ng Pera Sa Internet. LOL! Ngunit ngayon, muli kong tsinek ang kalagayan nitong blag-blagan ko at napag-alaman na hindi pa rin sya binabalikan ng swerte. Kaya eto at sishare ko na lang ang mga pangyayari. Ganito kasi yun, nagsimula ang lahat ng maging astig ang PR ng blog na ito. Sa lupit kasi ng pag-optimize ko dito ay biglang naging PR4 mula sa pgiging PR2. Marami ang nag-aasam ng ganitong PR at biruin mong ang isang pangit na blog na may pangit na title (yung may ari lang ang hindi pangit LOL!) ay makukuha ang ganitong PR?? Nakatulong ang link building at ang frequent posting sa aspetong ito. Nang magsimula nang maging PR4 ang blog na to, ay bigla ring pinutakte ng mga website na nagsi-syndicate ng mga feeds at nag-o-autobookmark. Eh kasi nga PR4 kaya naging favorite ng mga naturang auto kopya website. Kopyang kopya talga pati wrong grammar at wrong spelling ko lol! Minsan nainis ako dahil ung nagsi-syndicate ng feeds ko ay mas nai-index pa kesa sa posts ko. Ini-mail ko nga yung isa eh. Sabi ko pag di nila tanggalin sa pagkaka-autobookmark ung blog ko ay iiyak ako. LOL! Ayun, nagreply naman agad at tinanggal nila ang blog na to sa pagkaka-syndicate sa site nila. Hindi ko na babanggitin ung name ng site baka sumikat pa eh.. Nyahaha. Actually, sikat talaga at super seoptimized talaga ang site na yun at maganda pagkuhaan ng backlink pero hindi para sa blog na to. Ayun, nagbasabasa ako ng mga forums at napag-alaman ko na may mga katulad na kaso din pala ang kinakaharap ko at ito ay lumalabas na kaso ng duplicate content. Ang masama, ang mga posts ko ang tinuturing ng Big G na duplicate sa halip na yung mga nagsi-syndicate ng blog posts ko, kaya ako ang natatanggal sa index. Ewan ko lang, pero syempre kinikilingan ng Big G ang mga mas prominente at "trusted" sites kahit pa ito ang may kalokohan. Ano ba naman ang free hosted blog na to kumpara sa mga super sites na yun..? Sadyang malupit ang kapalarang sinapit ko, Xerex.. Ahaha! Seriously, nakakahinayang talaga ang nangyari dahil nasa 300 mahigit pa lang ang posts ko dito at malayo pa sa limits. Sayang naman kung ito na ang wakas ng Pera Sa Internet. Kailangan makagawa ako ng paraan kung kaya sa sinuman pong may mabuting puso ay marapatin nyo po na magbigay ng pera payo sa akin upang magtuloy-tuloy pa ang mumunting blog na ito. Nananawagan po ako sa mga expert na naliligaw dito sa blog ko, sana po ay mabigyan nyo po ako ng konting tips jan kung paano ko maipapagpag ang problemang kumapit sa blog na to. Hindi ako sigurado kung dahil nga dun sa duplicate content penalty kaya nagkaganito ang blog na to. Maaaring may problema din sa on-page setup ko. Isa pang pero, wala naman akong ginalaw sa on-page ko nung mga panahon na yun.. Ewan ko ba. Ang wish ko ay sana madamay din ang post na ito sa pag-syndicate ng mga kopya sites para matawa man lang ako. Haaay. Wala, naisip ko lang, kung di naging PR4 ang blog na to, hindi kaya ito kakainin ng mga malalaking kopya sites tulad ng nangyayari ngayon? Yun lang. Salamat blogosphere!
